Layered Caviar Dip 2 hard boiled eggs 1 tablespoo

Layered Caviar Dip

2 hard boiled eggs
1 tablespoon mayo
1 tablespoon sour cream
Dash of tobasco
Salt and pepper
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
4oz softened cream cheese
1 teaspoon capers, finely chopped
2 scallions, finely chopped
2 oz @fishwife white sturgeon caviar
Salt and vinegar potato chips

Chop your hard boiled eggs very finely and mixed with mayo, sour cream, Tabasco, salt and pepper. Spread on the bottom of a greased 4” spring form pan. Next add an even layer of your finely chopped red onion. Combine softened cream cheese with capers and scallions and mixed to combine. Add in an even layer on top of red onions. Finished with 2 ounces of caviar and refrigerate for two hours to set.

Carefully remove spring and serve with sea salt and vinegar chips!

Chile Crunch Caramel Corn 1/4 cup popcorn kernels

Chile Crunch Caramel Corn

1/4 cup popcorn kernels
1/4 cup avocado oil
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
4 tablespoons salted butter
2 tablespoons chile crunch (link in bio)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Seasoning salt (link in bio)

Add your avocado oil and popcorn kernels to a medium size soup pot or Dutch oven and cover with a lid. Cook popcorn over medium heat, shaking the pot (with pot holders on your hands) a few times, until the popping stops. Takes under ten minutes. Remove popcorn from stove and pour into a large glass bowl and season with seasoning salt.

In another small/medium pot, add your sugar and water and set heat to medium. Stir for a minute or two then add your butter. Stir to combine then add your Chile crunch (use a slotted spoon and make sure to strain as much of the oil as possible!) Stir to combine again.

Continue stirring until the caramel is golden brown… takes about 10 minutes. Once the caramel is golden brown, turn off the heat and quickly add your baking soda. Then quickly pour the caramel over your popcorn and stir to coat. Best to spray a spatula with avocado oil so that it doesn’t stick while you’re trying to coat the popcorn.

Once coded, pour the popcorn onto a sheet pan and allow it to cool for about 10 minutes.

Great for gifting or for eating the entire pan by yourself.
